The students of Salihu Tanko Islamiyya School, Tegina, have arrived in Minna in the early hours of today, Friday. They arrived in Minna after bandits released them Thursday evening.
Arrangements are ongoing to ensure they are medically certified, having spent about 90 days in the bush with the bandits.
The students, 136 of them were abducted from their school in Tegina on May 30, during school hours.
About seven of the students and some members of staff had escaped from the bandits.
The parents of the children had mobilized ransom to ensure the release of their children.
