Her name is Dr. Hadiza Balarabe.
Now the Kaduna State’s Deputy Governor-elect, she will be Governor el-Rufai’s deputy come May 29, 2019.
The All Progressive Congress Party (APC) took to their official Twitter page while celebrating the re-election of the Governor.
