Former NDDC Managing Director, Joi Nunieh described how as early as 4:00 AM this morning, her house in Port Harcourt was surrounded by men who claimed they were from the Police Force.
According to her, they tried to forcefully break into her house before she was finally able to reach the State Governor, Nyesom Wike who quickly came to her rescue.
She mentioned that it was all a ploy to prevent her from giving incriminating testimonies at the House of Representatives. However, she has made plans to reschedule the appointment for later.
This comes a few days after Joi delivered a sensational interview with Arise News on the outrageous demands from the NDDC Minister of Niger Delta affairs, Godswill Akpabio.
