These snubs of course hurt and also gets a reaction from the audience or the actors and actress themselves. Jennifer Lopez had a fair share of this Oscar snub. Hopes were raised that the actress who pulled smoothly the character of a single mom who was a stripper turned grifter in the movie Hustlers would be nominated. But as it happened, JLO didn’t make the list.
