In what appears to be a series of Technical failures, an Israeli spacecraft Beresheet has crashlanded on the surface of the Moon.
The technical glitches have been identified as an unmanned robotic ladder and periodic engine and communication failures within the 21 minutes of the landing sequence according to the support team.
The spacecraft had travelled through space for close to seven weeks orbiting the earth before crashlanding on the moon.
As it is, only 3 Nations have successfully landed on the Moon and those are the United States, China and the Soviet Union!
