Infrastructure Development: Lagos State Govt., Experts Seek Review Of Surveyors Act

The Lagos state government has called for a review of the 1962 Surveyors Act, for better infrastructure planning and development.

Special Adviser to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Works and Infrastructure, Aramide Adeyoye spoke while delivering a keynote address at the Maiden National Conference of the Association of Private Practicing Surveyors of Nigeria, APPSN.

Adeyoye noted that Surveyors are indispensable experts needed for accuracy in infrastructural planning and development across all sectors of the nation.

She also told the gathering that the Lagos State government was opening up new frontiers in the use of new technology.
