A man identified as Gracious David West has been arrested by the Police State Command in Rivers State for allegedly being responsible for the deaths of multiple women murdered and tied in several hotel rooms.
The Police reports that the 28-year-old man from Buguma Local Government of the State is a cult-member of the Degbam cult and was arrested on his way to Uyo from Port Harcourt.
According to the Commissioner of Police Rivers State, the suspect has made significant statements to the Police however, further investigation will be done to ascertain his motives and also capture his accomplices.
