Imo Security: Protesters Demand The Release Of Traditional Ruler Accused Of Sponsoring Insecurity

Women in their numbers trooped out to protest the arrest of a traditional ruler in imo state, Eze Leo Nwokeocha, accused of allegedly sponsoring Ipob and Esn to cause insecurity in Imo state.

The women demanded the release of the traditional ruler, stating that he is man of peace and has been accused wrongly.

They appealed to the governor of Imo state, Hope Uzodimma, to release the traditional ruler from police detention.

Eze Leo Nwokeocha was arrested after a suspected member of ESN, One Onye Army, mentioned his name as one of their sponsors in the state.
