Just when Nigerians thought we would never re-live the ‘Oga At the Top’ moment, the IG of Police, Idris Ibrahim shows us otherwise as he struggles through his speech during the commissioning of the Police Technical Intelligence unit in Kano State. After several failed attempts at getting the words right, the IGP simply apologized to the audience; apparently, explaining what the problem was would not have made any difference.
It has been reported that Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Senior Special Adviser to the President on Diaspora & Foreign Affairs claimed that mischievous persons doctored the video.
