Residents of Ifetedo in Ife South Local government Area of Osun State and its adjoining communities who have been without electricity supply since 2013 are now hopeful as respite is coming their way.
The community according to the state government will now be connected to 33KV Power Supply Line within the next 100 days from Ile Ife to garage Olode.
Residents of these communities described their experience as pathetic and unbearable, given the economic challenges posed by the absence of power supply in the last 10 years.
The power intervention is also expected to power several towns and villages around the community.
