A viral video on social media shows how they dealt with a young man for refusing to unlock his phone.
All cries of knowing his rights as a citizen fell on deaf ears. Rather, the SARS officials kept manhandling him with sticks and slaps.
This act has increased the call for the police reforms by various users on social media.
Agitations that the youth should fight back are underway by some others.
The police force is yet to release a statement to this effect at the time of writing this report.
