Relief has come for the residents of Isu communities in Etche local government area of Rivers state, after having suffered many health challenges, due to a lack of basic healthcare facilities.
This was revealed as a team from the National Association of Seadogs (NAS) Olympus Mario deck, Port Harcourt, visited the community to render free healthcare services to the residents, in line with its activities to commemorate Nigeria’s 62nd independence anniversary.
They said the free healthcare services came at a time they felt the country had neglected them for years to battle with the situation
Speaking with newsmen, the NAS captain, Iche Cecil Wordu said that the organisation is known for its humanitarian services and that the communities with visible health challenges and lack of public healthcare facilities, were selected to benefit from its humanitarian services.
