Guinea will prosecute its former president Alpha Conde for murder and other crimes committed during the time he ruled the country.
A document by prosecutor Alphonse Charles Wright Notably stated that the former Guinean president and 26 other officials are facing prosecution for “murder, assassination, and complicity.
Conde who was also accused of detention, torture, rape, and looting, had his government toppled in a military coup in September last year.
