A constitutional court in Guinea has confirmed Alpha Conde as the rightful winner of the Presidential elections in Guinea. Conde emerged winner with 59.5% of the total vote count
The results which was contested by the opposition due to some irregularities has been squelched due to insufficient evidence.
Conde, 82 years, will be running his third term as president for a 6-year duration after pushing through several constitutional reforms which allowed him to contest again.
