The Resource Centre for Human Rights and Civic Education has described the rally behind the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, by members of the Nigeria Bar Association, NBA and several senior advocates as shameful.
The Executive Director of the Centre, Ibrahim Zikirullahi, spoke to newsmen in Abuja saying outrage against his arraignment at the Code of Conduct Tribunal is misplaced and an attempt to frustrate the war against corruption.
Justice Onnoghen was recently arraigned at the Tribunal over a case false asset declaration and operating a foreign account.
