David Umahi, governor of Ebonyi, has suspended Collins Eze, his special assistant on technical affairs, over alleged gross misconduct.
In a statement on Tuesday, Kenneth Igwe, the secretary to the state government, said the suspension is indefinite.
In 2019, Umahi sacked Ndubuisi Itumo, his technical assistant on social media, for allegedly misleading the public.
A month before that, he sacked Emmanuel Uzor, his chief press secretary (CPS), over an alleged controversial statement on the proposed National Livestock Transformation Programme.
