Game of Thrones which is in its final season and saw its 5th episode air on HBO on Sunday has disappointed many fans.
Some of those fans, over 200,000 of them, chose to act out their disappointment by signing a change.org petition led by a GOT fan named Dylan D, stipulating a ‘remake Game of Thrones Season 8 with competent writers.
Fans were infuriated over the choice made by the Dragon mother Daenerys Targaryen to terminate King’s Landing with her last living dragon, Drogon.
According to Dylan D, ‘David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have proven themselves to be woefully incompetent writers when they have no source material (i.e. the books) to fall back on.’ ‘This series deserves a final season that makes sense,’ ‘Subvert my expectations and make it happen, HBO!’
