Today marks the deadline for interested parties to submit their bids to buy Manchester United with the club’s U.S. Owners, the Glazer family, seeking around £6 billion.
Bids have already been tabled by other potential investors ahead of the bid deadline.
The Qatari Royal family are reported to be one of those investors with Bloomberg saying they are planning a £ 5 billion opening bid to buy the club with officials from Qatar Sports Investments helping with preparations for the bid.
