Hajiya Halima Mohammed, on Wednesday, resumed as the new registrar of the Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola, Adamawa State, being the first female registrar for the Institution.
Malam Sa’ad Aliyu, the Acting Information Officer of the university, confirmed this in a statement in Yola on Wednesday.
He clarified that the new registrar resumed after her appointment was formalized by the institution’s Governing Council during its 91st regular meeting.
She was previously the Deputy Registrar, Information and Publicity.
Meanwhile, Dr. Tukur Abba has been made the University Librarian.
