Eyewitnesses have reported that a tanker carrying 44,000 liters of fuel capsized on the Toyota Bus-Stop along the Oshodi Expressway starting a fire covering a significant portion of the expressway.
Fire Service officials – The Lagos State Fire Service, The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) have arrived the spot and are attempting to put out the fire.
The number of casualties, if any, have not been established yet.
Commuters are advised to follow alternative routes to their destination.
