Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is presiding over the Federal Executive Council meeting at the Council Chambers of the State House, Abuja.
This is as the President Muhammadu Buhari is away on a three-day state visit to Madrid, the Spanish capital.
In attendance are the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, and other ministers.
