Bayero University, Kano state, has expelled twenty-seven students and rusticated eight others for their alleged involvement in examinations misconduct.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Director, Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, Hajia Amina Abdullahi.
The statement disclosed that the Senate’s decision was in accordance with the University’s General Regulations. It added that 22 other students were however warned by the Senate.
