The Former Governor of Edo State, Lucky Igbinedion has called on the Government at all levels to place proper attention on creating a friendly environment for the citizenry, noting that such will help to boost productivity and a better Society.
He made the call at the official commissioning and exhibition of the InterContinental Paint, in Benin City, the State Capital.
