In a legal summon against 38 individuals all directly involved and others known for lending their voices towards the #ENDSARS Movement in Nigeria, a certain Kenechukwu Okeke has filed a complaint at the FCT Chief Magistrate Court.
He took an extra step in tagging all those whom he filed the complaint against on Twitter. The document with legal reference RN:Z12255458 was stamped and sealed on the 9th of this month.
The list, laden with several notable individuals directly involved in the #ENDSARS protests include Sam Adeyemi, Aisha Yesufu, Tiwa Savage, Davido, Falz and Burna Boy. PSquare, Omojuwa, Pamilerin and other sensational influencers were not left out as well.
Kenechukwu who identifies himself as a Human Rights Activist initiated criminal proceedings against the long list of individuals inviting them to come to defend themselves in court for violating defence, public safety and order.
