It was a solemn gathering in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, as the youths took out time to honour those who lost their lives across Nigeria in the recent national struggle.

The candlelight service was presided over by the General Overseer, Power House International Ministries, Emmanuel Omobhude.

He emphasized the need to continue the agitation for a better Nigeria.

Civil activist, Dave Ogbole, encouraged the youths not to relent in their struggle, stressing that the time to take over is now.

Benue born artist, Orduen Ikon, popularly as OD Woods, was equally present to lend his support.

Some of the youths recounted their experiences in the hands of the police.

Prayers were also offered for the country in distress.
