Chelsea’s manager, Maurizio Sarri has confirmed that his talisman, Eden Hazard is out of the BATE Borisov Europa League clash at Stamford Bridge on Thursday, as the star forward battles with a minor back injury, picked up during the 2-2 draw against Manchester United at the weekend.
Sarri is expected to heavily rotate the squad, giving fringe players minutes to prove their mettle as well as give key players the much-needed rest, as the season gets into its busy schedule.
Chelsea top their group with two wins from as many games.
