Chelsea star, Eden Hazard, is already house hunting in Spain ahead of his move to Real Madrid.

The Belgium international is expected to quit Chelsea this summer in favour of a move to La Liga.

The winger is so intent on joining Real he’s already looking at houses and school options in Madrid.

Chelsea are refusing to sell Hazard for below his value, despite him being keen to go.

The Blues are demanding around £100m for the 28-year-old, who is out of contract next summer.

Hazard has told Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia to sort the move as quickly as possible.

While the Blues are resigned to losing Hazard this summer, Chelsea will only sell if the deal is in their best interests.

Agreeing personal terms with Hazard should not be a problem for Real.
