Former Attorney General for Ekiti State Owoseeni Ajayi has condemned a defamatory publication purportedly targeted at the former Ekiti State Governor, Segun Oni and legal luminary, Afe Babalola.
Ajayi at a press briefing in Ado Ekiti, said the publication emanated from an online medium and veiled political group, Ekiti Development Agenda.
In it, the honorary doctorate degree conferred on Segun Oni by Afe Babalola University was described as cheap and coming from a substandard university.
Ajayi who is also a solicitor to Oni insists Afe Babalola is coming under attack for condemning the recent controversial impeachment of the Ekiti Assembly Speaker.
