In the early 1980’s street wears were pioneered by legendary fashion designer Dapper Dan.
Popular for his luxury brand to the originality of his garment, due to his high-end detail and his notoriety for giving rap its signature music style.
Dapper Dan has styled big names like Big Daddy Kane Mike Tyson, Rakim, LL. Cool J, Missy Elliot, Jay Z, P. Diddy, Floyd Mayweather amongst many others.
Long story short, Dapper Dan will be present at the GTB Fashion Weekend to share his knowledge on how to make a fashion statement.
Gucci also partnered with Dapper Dan in 2017 for a collaboration to reopen his atelier.
He has been featured on CNN, New York Times, Vanity fair, Netflix amongst many other platforms.
