The Department of State Security Services,DSS has arrested the commander of the Eastern Security Network ,ESN popularly known as Ejima.
He is allegedly responsible for several attacks in the state including the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC facilities.
While parading the suspect in Owerri capital of Imo state the Director of DSS Wilcox Idaminabo says the suspect has been threatening that election will not hold hence he and his gangs resorted to attacking of INEC facilities especially in the Southeast.
