Youths in Nigeria have been advised to desist from cybercrime and use technological innovation for the advancement of humanity.
The advice was part of deliberations at a one-day stakeholders forum on cyber security held in Ado Ekiti.
Experts at the event said cybercrime has huge consequences in the society and contributes to denting the image of the nation.
They also urged the Federal government to find a lasting solution to the seven-month strike embarked upon by the Academic staff Union of Universities to ensure productive engagement of youths.
