The General Overseer of the Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo is currently in Police Custody over the alleged rape claims by Busola Dalako a few months back, who accused him of sexually exploiting her over 20 years ago.
The DCP Frank Mba has confirmed that indeed the embattled man of God is in Police Custody which goes on to show that unlike popular opinion, the issue had not been forgotten.
He further disclosed that the Police needed to get more closure on the case before inviting him in for questioning. DCP Mba further stated that others may be invited for questioning as the case unravels itself.
