The Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Tallen Pauline, has called on Nigerians to adhere to all the Covid-19 safety protocols as the virus is indeed real.
The Minister who made the call during an address to members and staff of the Ministry on her first day in office, upon recovering from the deadly virus also expressed concerns as to how women and children are the most negatively impacted by the virus.
Tallen, however, expressed a commitment to promoting the speedy and healthy development of Nigerian women and children as well as promoting the rights of vulnerable persons in the society.
