A High Court in FCT, Court 12 in Bwari has concluded that Busola Dakolo’s claims against Biodun Fatoyinbo, the COZA founder are purely sentimental and were aimed at embarrassing and ridiculing him.
What’s more, the court fined her the sum of 1,000,000 to Fatoyinbo for the empty charges and defamation of his character. Therefore, closed the case abruptly.
