A High Court sitting in Kaduna has ordered the forfeiture of Kaduna State Road Agency (KADRA) properties over failure to pay indigenous drainage contractors in the state. Delivering the judgement Justice Binta Zubairu ordered the government agency to pay to the plaintiffs the sum of two hundred and fifty-four million, four hundred and five thousand, one hundred and sixty-nine Naira, owed by the defendants in respect of drainage work valuation.
