A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Central Bank to unfreeze the accounts of 20 #ENDSARS promoters targeted by the bank in the aftermath of the #ENDSARS Protest.
This was in agreement with the legal team of both the CBN and the defendants.
One of the defendants, Rinu Oduala to be duly represented by her lawyers – Falana and Falana Chambers, has disclosed plans to sue the apex bank for the unlawful freezing of her account, which she terms an act of intimidation
