The president-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu has pledged to uphold the unity of the nation which he said is sacrosanct for the survival of the country.
Tinubu said this during the presentation of certificate to him and his vice president Kashim Shettima by the Independent National Electoral Commission in Abuja on Tuesday.
Amidst the disappointment of losing out at the presidential election, he urged the opposition to join hands with him to build a country where every citizen is given a sense of belonging, while also promising to build a nation where youths and women can achieve their dreams of aspiring to the highest office in the country.
