On the 19th of March, the Nigerian government announced that President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughter who returned from the United Kingdom had gone into self-isolation, although she wasn’t showing any symptoms for the COVID 19 virus.
Yesterday, Thursday 2nd of April, Aliyu Abdullahi, the media aide of the first lady, Mrs Aisha Buhari announced that the president’s daughter reunited with the family again after her 14 days isolation ended.
Aliyu Abdullahi said that the isolation was carried out accordingly to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) guidelines, and he also said that the president’s daughter returned home from isolation in good health.
