Justice Walter Onnoghen has filed an Appeal Case against the rulings of the Code of Conduct Tribunal today.
The appeal document lists out 16 Grounds for which the appellant is citing miscarriage of justice. The Document seeks relief for Justice Onnoghen who requests first and foremost the Appeal is allowed, setting aside the convictions against him, his discharge and acquittal of the charges against him and finally rescinding the order for him to forfeit his assets.
