A Federal High Court in Abuja has summoned Busola Daloko and Biodun Fatoyinbo, the founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly to appear before it within a fortnight.
This is as follow up to the rape claims levelled against the founder of the Religious organisation by the wife of famous musician, Timi Dakolo.
The police earlier disclosed that they were undertaking investigations on the case.
