While establishing their stance on premarital Sex, Bishops in Kenya have encouraged the general populace to refrain from using Condoms and instead encouraged abstinence among youths especially unmarried folks.
This was discussed at a health Meeting in Mombassa while speaking on the alarming rate of the HIV virus spread among Kenyans.
Medical Administrators have requested more support as Donor funding in the Health Sector was diminishing. They also reinforced the need for all people living with HIV to be placed on Retroviral Drugs.
