The former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, has congratulated the newly sworn in Governor of Bayelsa State, Douye Diri.
Jonathan, who hails from the state, said Diri of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, would live up to the people’s expectations.
