APC Holds Caucus Meeting Over Postponed Polls

President Muhammad Buhari is expected at the emergency caucus meeting of the All Progressives Congress, APC, scheduled to hold on Monday at the national secretariat of the party in Abuja.

This will be the first time since the party came to power in 2015 that its caucus meetings would be held at the National Secretariat. Caucus meeting was held at the Presidential Villa.

Other top party notch expected at the meeting are the National Leader, Bola Tinubu, the leadership of the National Assembly, members of the NWC, Governors on the ticket of the party.

Issues to be discussed at the meeting have not been made public, but there are strong indications that the caucus is meeting to re-strategise for Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly polls.

Roads leading to the national secretariat have been cordoned off with heavy security visible in the vicinity.
