Alexis Sanchez has returned to Manchester United after receiving treatment for his hamstring injury in Chile.
The Chilean forward posted a video of himself driving into United’s Carrington training complex with Hanz Zimmer’s ‘Now We Are Free’ song playing underneath, which could be a subtle shot at Jose Mourinho’s unpopularity with the players in his last weeks at the club.
Sanchez had been in Chile since early December due to an incessant hamstring problem in training and he was forced to deny reports he won a bet with some of his United teammates on when Mourinho would be sacked.
The Chilean has made just five league starts this season.
