As downpour accompanied the much anticipated 4th Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, street traders had a field day as they lined up the streets to make brisk business.

Surprisingly, despite the rain that started during the competition, many contestants kept running in hopes to win the prize money perhaps.
This year, the winner is expected to go home with $50,000 while the 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner ups will each receive 40,000, 30,000, 20,000 respectively.
