AC Milan are set to face more punishment from UEFA for breaking its financial fair play rules after investigators found them guilty.
This is a separate case from that of December 2018 which saw Milan fined 12 million euros and threatened with a year ban from European competitions.
The Italian outfit have now been referred to UEFA’s financial regular for failing to break even for the second year running.
The new case set against Milan will be for a three-year period of 2016 to 2018 UEFA’s financial fair play rules insist that clubs are not allowed to make losses of more than 30 million euros in a year.
