Some residents of Abule Egba have reportedly fled their homes due to the fire that is raged the entire community during the early hours of this morning. Vehicles, shops and homes have been burnt down due to the inferno.
The Fire started about 5:00 AM this morning and has continued since. A pipeline reportedly exploded which allegedly resulted due to the activity of Pipeline vandals.
The fire has reportedly spread from the Awori U-turn area behind the GTBank and Wema Bank to the Abattoir area of Agege
Residents in the community have taken to Twitter to cry out for help and quick response from the Nigerian Fire Service to help douse the inferno.
