As the electioneering campaigns end soon, Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, at the weekend called on Nigerians to vote for Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidates.
He said the opposition PDP has the most credible and desirous candidates that could provide the best leadership and solutions to Nigeria’s problems across board.
“I am convinced and optimistic in our candidates. They are committed democrats for the people of Nigeria.”
Governor Tambuwal, who is seeking reelection amidst challenges by other parties candidates including his former Deputy Governor, Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto, of the All Progressives Congress, spoke in Gwadabawa town, headquarters of Gwadabawa Local Government when his campaign train staged a rally to address PDP supporters.
“We have the best candidates at all levels, who can deliver the needs of Nigerians and ensure the country of our dream,” he said.
