The Minister of State for Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajuiba has disclosed that more than one million out-of-school children have been re-enrolled to their respective schools, to acquire education.
He said so while flagging off the Better Education Service Delivery For All, BESDA, in Minna, the Niger State capital.
The Minister said that Better Education Service Delivery For All, was initiated by the present administration in two thousand and eighteen by the present administration, to improve the enrollment of school-aged children in schools.
Chukwuemeka Nwajuiba noted that the Federal Government has already set aside, a large sum of money, for the various states toaccess, after a careful screening.
The Minister added that the Federal Government has made available the sum of six million dollars to Niger State, to implement the BESDA Programme fully, according to specifications.
Niger State Governor Abubakar Bello says, his administration will always pay the desired counterpart funding, to benefit maximally from the programme.
