As Emma Radacanu becomes the first British woman to win a Grand Slam Final in 44 years, Danill Medvedev beat Novak Djokovic to win his first Grand Slam Title in a 6-4 6-4 6-4 set in an unusual show of play.
Emma primed to earn $1.2 million for reaching the final may be the first of many deals to come as the 18-year-old secures deals with big brands.
Medvedev dedicated his win to his wife as a wedding anniversary present and also described Novak as the greatest player in history.
Djokovic took his loss in good stride despite being on the verge of making history, he said he felt very special. Read Below:
